Who we are
Your Neighbors, Not a Call Center
Knoxville Medicare is a local independent agency. When you call, you reach a licensed agent who lives here, works here, and will still be here next fall when your plan changes.
Most people come to us in one of three situations. They are turning 65 and the mail has started piling up. They have been on the same plan for years and just found out their drug costs jumped. Or they are close to retiring and want to know whether their savings will hold up.
We handle all three the same way. We sit down, look at what you actually have, and go through the options in plain language. Nothing gets sold in that first meeting. If the plan you are already on is the right one, we will tell you so.
We are independent and work with multiple carriers for Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Part D plans in Knox County, so the comparison is not limited to one company’s plans.
